Recipe Of SateTaichan
Hello guys,
My friends and i often cook, one of them is Satay Taichan. I want to write the recipe in my blog.
Ingredients Sate :
-Chicken breast 1 piece, diced
-Lime 2 tablespoons
-Royco chicken 1 tablespoon
-Little vegetable oil
Ingredients Sauce :
-7 pieces of cayenne pepper
-15 red chili
-Onion 5 grains
-Garlic 4 cloves
-Tomatoes 1/4 fruit (or can use small tomatoes)
-Water 50 milli liter
-Sugar 1/2 teaspoon (can be changed Java sugar / brown sugar)
-White pepper 1/2 teaspoon
-Salt 1/2 teaspoon
-Oil to saute to taste
Step To Make Sate :
-First of all diced chicken meat, then smeared with lemon, garlic and chicken broth. Let stand for 30 minutes until the spices soak.
-Then chicken skewer with a skewer of sate and then burn until the chicken is colored and cooked. Lift, set aside.
How to make sauce :
-Mix or blender all the ingredients. Then stir-fry with cooking oil. Correction of flavors.
-Saute until the chilli is ripe and does not smell bad. If the sauce is too thick it can add a little more water to get the sauce with the desired viscosity. Lift, turn off the fire stove
Sate Taichan Chicken Serving:
-Set the sate on a serving plate complete with lalaban cassette lettuce, cucumber, tomato chunks, cabbage etc. then serve with chili sauce with separate circumstances.
-Or it could be by rolling the sate into sambal, then serve with lalaban complete with white rice, sliced lontong or ketupat.
- May be added fried onion if likes
And sorry, i don't have a photo of sate i made

An Interview with a Foreigner
Hi, guys! On the 8th of May, my friends and I, Ella and Mia, went to meet up with a good friend of Ella. Her name is Lamija Lagumdzija. You guys might know her because she's a professional model. But, do you know what else? That girl is insanely smart too! She came to Indonesia on a scholarship provided by Gunadarma University to study computer science. All the while, she also pursued her career as a model here. Are you interested to know more about her? Well, here's a little video of the interview we had with her.

It’s a great and very informative museum particularly for Indonesian. There’re old-fashioned steam locomotives, historical carriages, et cetera and of course McDonnell Douglas DC-9-32 serial 47790 / 907 from Garuda Indonesia Airlines.
Overall, the collections of this museum is great. Complete and in good condition.
If walking to the left through the railway, there would be a landmark “Kemijen”, name of a village in Semarang where the first railway station in Indonesia was built.
Ceremonial in the village took place on Friday, June 17th, 1864 with the ground-breaking rail road works by Governor General of the Dutch East Indies, LAJ Sloet Baron van den Beele.
In front of middle building there’s ZM Willem III Lighthouse made in 1879 from steel. Its electric motors were three passes with a 1000-watt bulb that could be seen from 20 nautical miles.
In the outdoor display of TMII Transportation Museum there’s original Steam Locomotive type-10437, wood-fueled, which could only reach a maximum speed of 10 km/h.
Further to the left on the outside area of the Jakarta TMII Transportation Museum there’s Traffic Park. Behind it there were collections of locomotives and railway carriages.
There were also a train tunnel and Extraordinary Coach used by President Sukarno and Vice President Mohammad Hatta when the Indonesian government was moved to Yogyakarta.
Although most of the Jakarta TMII Transportation Museum collection were made by foreign countries, but still I was struck with so many transportation-related objects stored in the museum, which were mostly originals and in good conditions.
I think you will also be fascinated with the collection when visiting the museum someday.
